      The Highfield Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF) delivers 21 credits of Ofqual-accredited level 3 learning and development for anyone working or aspiring to work in any part of the health and social care sector. 

      The learner further develops the knowledge gained at Level 2 (care assistant standard) to progress to Level 3 (senior care assistant standard). 

      Employers, managers, trainers, can use this qualification as part of their staff training and re-training, and ensuring all staff are trained to be competent.
