Your duty of care to undertake appropriate learning and development
As part of duty of care, all care workers must take responsibility for their own learning and development.
Leaders and managers have a duty of care to learn and develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in leadership and management.
This learning and development can be done either by studying full recognised qualifications or through studying single courses, or bundles of courses.
