Care Certificate Standard 11 – Safeguarding Children, enables the learner to understand the different forms of child maltreatment, the impact it can have on a child or young person, what you should do if you do have concerns about a child. The course also meets the statutory and mandatory training requirements and learning outcomes for Safeguarding Children in the UK Core Skills Training Framework (UK CSTF). This online course can be studied alone, or as part of the full 15 standards for the Care Certificate.
