After payment, you will receive an email requesting the learner's details for enrolment and further instructions.
Care Certificate Enrolment Process
Once we have received notification of the payment, the Buyer will be contacted by email to obtain details of the learner or learners.
The Buyer responds by email and provides the full name and email address of each learner for the enrolment.
Then a unique Learner Account is created for each learner on a named person basis, with course enrolment, and each learner is sent an email with their own login instructions.
After making payment, please allow at least 24 hours for us to contact you, especially if you paid out-of-hours (after 6pm or before 9am) or at night.
Note that many people pay for someone else to study, and therefore we never assume that the buyer is the learner. We always ask who the learner is.
When we send an email to the buyer requesting the learner's details, we expect a prompt response to provide us with the required information, so that we can enrol the learner.
Pay for each learner to study the Care Certificate
Each enrolment for Care certificate 15 Standards course is one person.
Learner accounts are not interchangeable, and enrolments are not transferable.
If a manager or buyer wants to enrol more than one person, they must pay for each person.
The Learner Account is provided on a named person basis on our LMS (Learning Management System).
No one is allowed to login to someone else's learner account.
A manager or buyer is must not undermine the integrity of our quality- assured online learning delivery.
If a manager or buyer wants access to the course or courses, they must pay for their own unique enrolment that gives them access.
