Courses For Jobs Ltd is a training provider in England, operating since 2012.
We are approved to deliver and assess Ofqual-recognised qualifications under the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England.
Our mission is to support both self-funding learners and organisations upskilling their staff, with affordable training courses and regulated qualifications to gain the knowledge and skills needed become competent and safe workers in job roles in England.
We support you to learn at your own pace by online learning and distance learning, wherever you are.
Learning Delivery is both online and by distance learning.
For courses and unregulated CPD training programmes, delivery is straightforward via online courses on the LMS.
Courses and bundled training programmes are available to anyone, wherever they are, including those outside the UK.
To further support those outside the UK, our secure Stripe Payment Portal enables people to pay us in their local currency in about 150 countries.
Regulated Ofqual-recognised qualifications (RQF) are available only to those in the UK, and some competence-based RQF are available only to those living and working in England.
For RQF, delivery follows a set process to meet the required OFSTED standards for the quality of teaching, leadership, and safeguarding.
RQF delivery starts with mandatory qualification induction and initial assessments to determine learner needs, then full training, before any assessments can be planned.
Assessments are dependent on the type of learning programme involved.
For courses and unregulated CPD training programmes, assessment is self-assessment led by the learner using auto-marked online Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Once the learner completes these MCQs, a digital certificate of completion is issued.
For regulated Ofqual-recognised qualifications (RQF), the assessments are Assessor-led and must follow the RQF assessment process, starting with Assessment Planning.
Assessor-led assessments are done under rigorous regulated conditions, to verify the appropriate Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) for the qualification and the related job role in England.
For RQF, if the learner successfully completes the RQF assessments to the required standard for the qualification, then a separate senior assessor and quality assurer will verify the evidence (known in academic institutions as second marking) to ensure that the rigorous assessment process was followed, the evidence meets the required standards, there was no cheating or any other form of academic malpractice, or learner misconduct, as well as checking that there was no collusion or any other type of malpractice by the Assessor.
If the learner's portfolio of evidence passes the verification process without any issues, then the learner's portfolio of evidence will be passed on to an awarding body for external quality assurance and Awarding Body external certification.
