This leader in adult care learning support is for both individuals and providers that deliver care support regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and OFSTED.
Participants are encouraged to develop their leadership, management, and governance knowledge and skills, to facilitate the delivery of consistently high quality, safe, effective, and compassionate care within their care service.
Whether you are a Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, Director, or deputy manager, team leader, supervisor, senior care assistant, or starting out as an adult care worker, you are encouraged to use the resources in the site to continuously update your level of knowledge and skills to the required standard, to keep up with changes, and competently safeguard and protect everyone in your care.

As part of duty of care, all care workers must take responsibility for their own learning and development.
This can be done either by studying full recognised qualifications or through studying single courses, or bundles of courses.
