About Care Certificate Standard 16   

 

This course provides the learner to general awareness of people with a learning disability and autistic people and the support they need.

 

The course includes knowledge and understanding of learning disability, autism, communication requirements, the adjustments required when providing care and support to autistic individuals or those with a learning disability. 

 

Learning topics covered include:

If, as a consumer, you change your mind about your course purchase, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven't accessed any part of the course material.  

However, note that you are no longer eligible for refund if you have accessed any part of the course material, or communicated with any course tutors.   

 

If someone is eligible for refund, we will issue them with a credit note.

    The Learner Enrolment is provided on a named person basis. 

    The learner must not share their enrolment with anyone else. 

    Learner enrolments and learner accounts are not interchangeable,

    Enrolments are not transferable. 

     

    No one is allowed to login to someone else's learner account.

     

    If a manager or buyer wants to enrol more than one person, they must pay for each person.  

     

    If a manager or buyer wants access to the course or courses, they must pay for their own unique enrolment that gives them access in the personal capacity.  

     

    A buyer is must not attempt to undermine the integrity of our quality-assured online learning delivery by attempting to access a course that they are not personally enrolled into.

    Care certificate Standard 8 – Fluids and nutrition
