  • Duration and Size of this learning bundle

    Duration and Size of this learning bundle 

     

    This bundle content delivers at least 500 hours of learning. 

    Most learners will complete all the learning within 6 months, depending on their motivation. 

     

    Completion is not a race. 

    Access to learning materials is 12 months, providing ample time for learning. 

    Once assess has expired, payment will be required for another 12 months of access. 

     

    The Level 2 courses in this learning bundle are aligned to the National Occupational Standards for Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Personal Assistants. 

     

    The duration depends on the learner. 

    Most learners will complete all the courses within 12 months,

  • How to use this learning bundle

    The Health and Social Care Support Worker Skills training + Care Certificate delivers at least 500 hours of learning and development for anyone working or aspiring to work in any part of the health and social care sector.

    Employers, managers, trainers, can use this learning bundle for staff induction, staff re-training, and ensuring all staff are trained to be competent. The learning resources can also form a basis for group training and staff supervision.

     

    The certificates of completion provided by each learner that completes a course means that the employer can provide independent evidence in staff files for each completed learning activity.

    Individuals arranging their own learning and development can use this learning bundle to ensure they are up to date and competent. 

     

    The different certificates of completion make it easy for the person to provide evidence of each completed learning and development activity.

    After completing payment, the buyer will receive a link to a downloadable acknowledgement explaining the next step.

     

    The process of learner enrolment is as follows: 

     

    The buyer will be contacted by email within 24 hours of payment, to obtain the names and details of each learner.  

     

    Please reply to the email, and provide the details requested. 

     

    Once the buyer replies to the email request and provides the requested details, each learner gets a separate Learner Account on the Learning Management System (LMS), gets enrolled into the relevant learning resources. 

     

    A login email is sent to each learner with instructions on how to use their unique express sign-in link to login and access their learning account.
