Level 3 Enhanced Care Worker & Personal Assistant courses bundle
Elevate Your Career with the DHSC Care Workforce Pathway
The Level 3 Enhanced Care Worker and Personal Assistant Bundle is a premier learning solution designed for individuals dedicated to a professional career in health and social care.
Aligned with the DHSC Care Workforce Pathway updates, this programme bridges the gap between basic care support and advanced clinical delegation, ensuring you are never "out of your depth" in increasingly complex community and residential settings.
A Streamlined Journey: From Foundation to Senior
Our unique structured programme eliminates the confusion of multiple certificates by combining the essentials into one cohesive six-month journey.
This bundle covers four DHSC primary job categories:
New to Care: For those starting their journey.
Care or Support Worker: Building core competency.
Enhanced Care Worker: Developing specialist expertise.
Personal Assistant: Empowering 1-to-1 tailored support.
This "Super Bundle" prepares you for high-responsibility roles such as Lead Adult Care Worker, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant, and Care Coordinator.
What’s Included in the bundle?
This intensive programme consists of 76 online courses organized into five specialised sections:
Care Certificate (16 Standards): The essential bedrock of care.
Statutory and Mandatory Training (SMT): Fully updated to December 2025 Skills for Care/Skills for Health standards.
Level 2 Preparing to Work: Delivers 20 credits of foundational knowledge.
Level 2 Care diploma Bundle: Skills training for frontline Care Assistants and PAs.
Level 3 Adult Care diploma Bundle: Advanced leadership and delegated clinical knowledge for senior roles.
Who Is This For?
Individual Workers: To fast-track personal development and seniority.
Managers & Owners: To implement a trackable, standardized induction.
Supervisors: To provide a framework for performance management.
Trainers: To enhance delivery with high-quality, pre-structured content.
Business Directors: To gain a comprehensive oversight of the care industry.
Course Structure & Requirements
To ensure total mastery, this programme follows a structured progression over six months.
Each section builds logically on the previous month; "jumping around" the curriculum is discouraged to maintain educational integrity and ensure learners fully grasp complex concepts before moving to senior-level material.
Important Note on Qualifications:
This bundle provides comprehensive training and knowledge; however, this bundle is NOT a regulated qualification.
To obtain a formal Ofqual-recognised RQF qualification, learners must separately enrol in the Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.
