    Employers, managers, trainers, and care workers can use the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) for training and re-training new managers and deputy managers, as well as part of their extended manager induction. 

    This ensures that all managers, team leaders and care coordinators are trained in the full knowledge and understanding of the job role, before they have to move into the statutory role of demonstrating competence as a Registered Manager.


    The qualification standards can also be used for manager supervision and setting targets. The certificates of completion means that the employer can provide evidence in manager files for each completed learning activity.

    • Hard copy certificates, issued by the awarding body, Highfield Qualifications. The original hard-copy certificates are sent to the learner by guaranteed registered mail, because it is the only original and cannot be lost.

     

  • Progression

    On successful completion of this qualification, learners may wish to continue their development by undertaking one of the following qualifications:

  • What happens after payment?

    After payment, the process of enrolment is as follows: 

    • Courses For Jobs Ltd sends an email to the buyer asking them to provide the learner's names and email address for enrolment. 
    • The buyer must reply to the email and confirm the learner's details, even if the buyer paid for themselves.
