Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) Level 3 Diploma Adult Care Training, is structured over a ten-month period and is designed to take learners from

  • core standards with Care Certificate 16 Standards,
  • to Level 2 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care,
  • the updated Statutory and Mandatory Training (SMT),
  • to Level 2 Diploma in Care for the Adult Care Worker,
  • through to the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care for the Lead Adult Care Worker,
  • with supplementary training in Administration for the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
  • and training in Team Leading for the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker. 

 

This comprehensive and detailed training programme is delivered via 80 online courses.
