Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) Level 3 Diploma Adult Care Training, is structured over a ten-month period and is designed to take learners from
- core standards with Care Certificate 16 Standards,
- to Level 2 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care,
- the updated Statutory and Mandatory Training (SMT),
- to Level 2 Diploma in Care for the Adult Care Worker,
- through to the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care for the Lead Adult Care Worker,
- with supplementary training in Administration for the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
- and training in Team Leading for the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker.
