This intensive online programme comprising 62 courses is fully aligned with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) care workforce pathway for all five front line job role categories as last updated in November 2025, which are:

The Level 3 and Level 2 Health and Social Care diploma bundle PLUS Care Certificate super bundle delivers training ranging from core foundations to senior care worker training, that develops the care worker up to the roles of Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant, Senior Healthcare Support Worker, and Care Coordinator .
This comprehensive learning programme can be used by:

This comprehensive and detailed training programme is delivered via 62 online courses structured over a six-month period.
In this structured programme, each section builds on the training received in the previous month/section, and jumping around the courses in a disorganised or haphazard manner is not allowed.

Enhanced Care Worker online courses bundle is NOT a regulated qualification.
To get qualified, the learner must study for a full Ofqual-recognised qualification with RQF, such as:
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) (England)
- Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF)
- Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF)
- Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF)

Once the enrolled learner logs into our LMS and/or accesses any of the courses in the super bundle, then they are no longer eligible for refund.
Our Refund Policy is in line with UK law, the Consumer Rights Act (2015) as applicable to digital content.
If you haven't accessed any part of your course material, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not communicated with any course tutors.
If you are eligible for refund, you will receive a credit note.
