The Level 4 Care Practice Leader courses bundle supports the role category of senior specialist practitioners working in adult care settings, and meets the requirements set out by Skills for Care to develop and confirm the knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) of those working in the role.  

 

This intensive online programme comprising 96 courses is fully aligned with five job role categories of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) Care Workforce Pathway, as last updated in November 2025, as last updated in November 2025, which include:

  • new to care role category
  • care or support worker
  • enhanced care worker
  • personal assistant 
  • supervisor or leader role category 
  • Practice leader 

 

Using this one continuous programme avoids the "missing links" found when buying separate courses from different providers and prevents Knowledge Gaps. 

 

Each study phase is aligned with specific Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) job categories.
