Deputy manager role category training on leading and managing care services bridges the gap between Level 3 Senior Care Assistant/Supervisor and Level 5 Registered Manager.
This super bundle comprises 100 courses, and provides learning that is available to all.
The duration of training is between 11 and 22 months, and supports all types of leaders and managers in care settings, including team leaders, deputy managers, new existing managers, and those aspiring to such job roles.
This intensive online programme is aligned with seven job role categories of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) Care Workforce Pathway, last updated in November 2025, which include:
