Ensure your Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) conform with the DHSC 8-Role Care Workforce Pathway & avoid CQC compliance issues.
The UK social care sector in 2026 is unrecognisable from just a few years ago. If you are a care worker looking to progress, or a Registered Manager trying to keep your service "Well-Led," you are likely feeling the pressure of two major regulatory shifts.
The "No Gaps" DHSC Pathway (November 2025): The expanding of the Care Workforce Pathway to 8 distinct role categories and the mandate that a worker must be trained, worked in, and proven competent in all job categories below their current level.
The New CQC Guidance (February 2026): The automatic rejection of registration applications and potential downgrading of existing ratings if a provider cannot produce explicit documentary evidence of business administration and operational competence.
At Courses For Jobs Ltd, we understand the confusion these changes cause. That is why we have developed professional and transparent solutions that support your budget, your time, and your career and organisational goals.
These learning content delivered in our courses and qualifications support the workers and managers develop deep knowledge, understanding, skills,, and behaviours, including ability to apply these in real-world scenarios.
Introducing the "Two-Track" Professional Framework
As an approved and regulated training provider that primarily delivers Ofqual-recognised qualifications, we recognise that not everyone wants to immediately undergo the rigors of external assessment.
We provide a clear choice that allows you (and/or your organisation) to tailor your learning to your specific goals:
Track 1: The "Professional Courses Bundle"
These are high-impact, low-cost learning programmes created and quality-assured to update your Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs). They are perfectly mapped to the National Occupational Standards and the 8-role DHSC Pathway.
Courses Bundles are available to everyone, anywhere, without restrictions.
The Courses Bundles make the learning content accessible to everyone, regardless of their geographical location or job situation.
Detailed courses in the 7 Super Bundles: Covering the 8 job role categories. The Level 3 Enhanced Care Worker or Personal Assistant courses bundle is one super bundle covering 2 different job role categories.
What to look for: These super bundles never have "RQF" in the title and are always labeled as "Courses Bundle."
Perfect For: Immediate SMT compliance, and quickly gaining specific KSBs for delivering regulated care support according to legal and regulatory requirements in England.
Confirmation of each online course completion: Digital document, a PDF, available on a named learner basis, provided when each online course is completed.
Track 2: The "Ofqual-Recognised RQF Qualification"
These are formal, accredited (Ofqual-recognised) qualifications that sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
Adult Care RQF competence-based qualifications are available only to those working in England, while some knowledge-based RQF are open to those in both England and Northern Ireland.
What to look for: These will always include the "RQF" acronym and the full legal title of the qualification.
Perfect For: Anyone requiring the formal nationally recognised credential for a regulated job role, including Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, and Care Workers.
Rigorous external assessment process: Done by a qualified Assessor with relevant occupational competence. Externally quality-assured by the Awarding Body.
One qualification certificate: Hard copy. Issued externally by the Awarding Body

“A worker must be competent in ALL roles below their current level. Your 'No Gaps' strategy starts with the correct training choice.”
The CQC Audit-Ready Solutions
Under the regulatory guidance, the CQC is strictly auditing "Well-Led" evidence. Inspectors and CQC Assessors can immediately spot "off-the-shelf" policies written by external "others", lack of understanding and coherence by the manager and/or staff, and generic training not in line with National Occupational Standards.
By using our structured bundles, you are not just ticking a box; you are implementing a governance framework that proves you have an informed and layered training strategy:
Phase 1: Staff complete the Courses Bundle for immediate 2026 SMT compliance and role-specific KSBs.
Phase 2: Staff can "Upgrade" to the related RQF Qualification for long-term career progression for the individual, and for succession planning for the organisation. Our fee structure makes it easy for staff to self-sponsor themselves and split the full qualification fee into small monthly instalments.
Protecting Your Investment: The courses Bundle to RQF Upgrade Pathway
At Courses For Jobs Ltd, we believe in professional integrity. We also believe that your hard-earned money should never be wasted.
If you start with a Professional Courses Bundle to meet immediate CQC requirements, and within 6 months of completion you decide to upgrade to the full related Ofqual-recognised RQF Qualification, we will deduct 100% of your bundle fee from the qualification cost.
Obviously, this discounted upgrade is only available to those who previously purchased one of our "courses bundles", not for those who made a purchase elsewhere, from a different provider.
This seamless progression means that the learner can start studying today, and later undergo a structured transition without any risk to long-term career goals.
Reminder - If it doesn't say RQF in the title, it’s a Courses Bundle. It is a safe investment.
